Can I pay online with a credit card?

We accept credit card payments online or over the phone. To pay online, contact our office and we’ll send you an individualized secure payment link, or call us at 360-387-3788 to chat about your options.

Do you offer financing?

What is your service charge?

Our service charge is $260 plus tax for the first hour of service, which includes up to one hour of travel from our Camano Island office. Each additional hour of service is $163 plus tax.

Are your prices lower than your competitors?

We strive to offer you the most competitive pricing possible, and we never price gouge. You may find a lower price, but it won’t be much lower and you may be paying for a lower standard of service. Our team of installers and service staff are experienced, trustworthy, and worth every penny in peace of mind.

How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?

The answer to this question will vary based on the type and brand of system you have or are purchasing. Give us a call and we’ll give you a specific answer for your specific product.

What are the signs that my HVAC system needs repairs?

Anytime your system is acting in a way that is out of the ordinary, contact us right away so we can diagnose if service or repairs are needed. This includes weakened air flow, unexpected noises or odors, higher-than-expected utility bills, and/or other frequent issues.

What is the lifespan of an HVAC system?

The lifespan of an HVAC system varies based on the type and brand of your system, but most systems last between 15 and 25 years. Call us and we’ll give you a specific answer for your product.
