Do you offer a warranty on your products and/or services?

Most of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, we warranty our labor. Feel free to contact us for more information.

What is the lifespan of an HVAC system?

The lifespan of an HVAC system varies based on the type and brand of your system, but most systems last between 15 and 25 years. Call us and we’ll give you a specific answer for your product.

What are the signs that my HVAC system needs repairs?

Anytime your system is acting in a way that is out of the ordinary, contact us right away so we can diagnose if service or repairs are needed. This includes weakened air flow, unexpected noises or odors, higher-than-expected utility bills, and/or other frequent issues.

How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?

The answer to this question will vary based on the type and brand of system you have or are purchasing. Give us a call and we’ll give you a specific answer for your specific product.

How long will it take me to get an appointment?

Standard lead times for service appointments are 1 to 2 weeks, but in times of greater need, we’ll do our best to get to you within 48 hours. Standard lead times for new installs vary based on a variety of factors, including whether we have your system in stock, manufacturer’s shipping times, customization needs, and labor requirements.

Do you service the equipment you install?

Are your prices lower than your competitors?

We strive to offer you the most competitive pricing possible, and we never price gouge. You may find a lower price, but it won’t be much lower and you may be paying for a lower standard of service. Our team of installers and service staff are experienced, trustworthy, and worth every penny in peace of mind.

Why should I hire you when I can buy a heating or cooling system from Amazon?

While you might find cheaper options by purchasing your own system from retailers like Amazon, it's important to consider the full picture. Amazon won’t provide installation or service for your equipment, nor do they offer the comprehensive warranties we do. When you choose us, we not only install your equipment, but also provide in-house warranties along with enhanced manufacturer warranties, service options, and long-term support. Investing in our services ensures peace of mind and a happier experience in the long run.

I’m not interested in a top-of-the-line system. Do you have less expensive options?

We understand that everyone has different budget considerations. While we do have top-of-the-line options with advanced features, we also have more budget-friendly systems that are efficient and reliable. Our goal is to find the best solution for your needs while staying within your budget. We can discuss the options available and help you choose the right system that meets both your comfort requirements and financial constraints.

Why do you use the equipment you use?

With over 18 years of industry experience under our belt, we've tried it all. The equipment we've chosen isn't just the best; it consistently outperforms the rest, ensuring the job is done right. Trust is at the core of our company, and that extends to the tools we rely on. You can count on us to deliver with equipment you can trust, just as we do.

What is your service charge?

Our service charge is $260 plus tax for the first hour of service, which includes up to one hour of travel from our Camano Island office. Each additional hour of service is $163 plus tax.

Do you offer financing?

Can I pay online with a credit card?

We accept credit card payments online or over the phone. To pay online, contact our office and we’ll send you an individualized secure payment link, or call us at 360-387-3788 to chat about your options.

Do you offer a discount on cash payments?

The price you’ll pay for any of our services is the same whether you pay with cash, check, credit, or debit card. We always offer the lowest possible pricing, regardless of how you pay.

Do you offer a senior or military discount?

We strive to offer the lowest possible pricing for all customers. We don’t pad the numbers, so the price that you pay is the lowest price we can offer.
